Gemtech's old MultiMount has a 3-lug mount:

You'd likely also need the corresponding adapter for your AR barrel:

Or, I think the Gemtech Raptor II is in 3-lug as well:

I'm sure there are plenty of others.  I spent some time with a MultiMount back in the day before all the cool kids had 9mm carbines, so it was the first that came to mind.

I'm waiting on papers for a SilencerCo Hybrid, it is direct thread but different back caps are available. I picked up the M13.5x1LH piston for my Glock 17 barrel and will use the direct thread 5/8x24 for my .300 BO. I'm almost positive I saw a 3 lug back cap online for the Hybrid.

Ahh, I think I understand, so I need to get a male 3 lug adapter from tros or griffin or hkparts? Then I need an female adapter to convert my AAC Tirant to accept the 3 lug right?

If you have a TiRant then you need the AAC Triad adapter.  I have one that I got with my rebate certificate but I had to wait about 10 months for it to come into stock.

Looks like they are in stock right now.
