Ok Sig

Went to the range again yesterday.  I had two FTF out of 8 mags.  My P239 which is very old works flawlessly.  I am going to clean and polish the feed ramp again.   Sig service suggested that replace the springs in the magazine (at my expense because they don't sell mag parts).  The springs don't feel soft so I say he is full of crap.  Surprised he did not tell me it was a computer glitch.  Willing to bet if I called Ruger or S&W and said I had a problem they would not hesitate to take care of it.  In fact I may just call them to see what they have to say!

If you let it sit for several Months you are easy to please  LOL.

Honestly it was around the holidays and I forgot about it for a while.   Kyle McAuliffe was the rep I was dealing with.

Here is an update:

After sending my P938 to Sig I got it back in about 3 weeks.  When I called for a status on the repairs I never got a reply phone all or email!

Upon receipt of my gun it appears per their list in addition to cleaning and polishing the feed ramp they "Replaced" 10 items!  My case in point the early model P938's had issues and design problems.  The good news is that I was not charged the $55 shipping and $85 service call that they quoted me.

Here is the problem... Sig Customer Service sucks.  If they new how to handle Customer Service calls they would still have a happy customer.  I simply will not buy another Sig product.  There are too many other choices out there!
