That guy will probably get sent to prison for manslaughter. I would guess the autopsy will show the gag killed him. No need to gag him.

We need our fleeing forcible felon statutes back. Of course that will never happen.

A 68 year old man tackled and tied up a 31 year old. That's impressive. The way it sounds the old man may have been better off if he shot him....you know...fear for your life and all.
