I got some new Ameriglo Pro i-Dot sights.  Oh, yeah, and they were for this...

David,

My buddy is really digging the 2.0 as well, that's how I ended up with the P10C.

He shoots it more accurately than his stable full of brand name competitors (HK, Glock, CZ, upper end 1911s) and was a previous Gen 1 owner as well.

Got one of those yesterday and immediately went to the range for a 200 round session.

I really like it.

Nice!  Congrats!

The new Compact is honestly perfect.  The trigger reset is still a little limp but everything else about the gun is everything that the Glock 19 Gen 5 should have been.  It's as if Smith & Wesson's lawyers finally relaxed and let them build a better Glock 19 than Glock does.  The dimensions are damn near identical, the capacity is identical but the mags are better, the grip texture is better, the ergonomics are better and it just looks better.

I don't know why but I shoot the Compact better than I do the full size M2.0 that I have.  It really feels as if it cycles shorter and doesn't have as much muzzle flip.  I'm going to do a back-to-back comparison of them soon.  I left the full-size at home today and only took the Compact so that I would be forced to run it.

Seriously, my favorite handgun right now.  I may buy a second one to have a spare!

I squirrel away MAD MONEY, it adds up quicker than you think. I pay the bills, buy our needs and put 1/4 of the left over in my mad money, I never count it until I run across something I want badly enough, and usually when I find something I have most if not all of what I need to buy it. Might have to wait a little longer than I wish sometimes but it's usually worth it.

A maglula UpLULA arrived in the mail today, OrangeBrown in color.  This thing just might be the greatest gun-related accessory ever invented.

In the top 10 at least. It was actually my third product from those folks. I have StripLULA's for the Mini 14 and AR-15. The AR-15 one has been my most used mag loader.

Bought an almost new champion trap from a guy that said it was "busted" it kept breaking clays. Spent ten minutes making adjustments and it works perfectly. I mounted it on a pallet to make it easy to move with the battery etc. Maybe I'll have time to see how I do against it tomorrow...

That seems like something that would be a 2-person job? Wouldn't want you to hurt your back or anything.:dirty:

On 11/1/17, bought a 10/22 carbine, a Feddersen's 16.5" fluted barrel & BX trigger group and an Archangle stock, then on 11/4 went to a buddy's house to tear the OEM stuff off and put the improved stuff on, put a 4x12 scope on it until I found something better. Took it to the range yesterday to sight it in and ran ~200 rounds thru it.  Half to 3/4" groups with cheapo ammo yesterday.  Have a Weaver 36x coming in the mail should make cutting cards and small groups easier when I find the ammo it likes.

After getting the above rifle put together, went to another LGS with my buddy, ended up bring home a Ruger 22/45 Lite in bronze & black, and have a Ruger can in jail now.  The Lite and the Feddersen barrel are factory threaded, so I thought why the hell not.  LOL

Forks on the tractor loader make it a one handed job.... I'm not worried about putting it in a car luckily i can use it in the yard.
