Seekins Precision built that rifle. Not sure on the specs but definitely cool looking. I'm sure they've sold a few in the past 24hrs for all the fanboys that still have money in their gun fund. I laughed because just like his crossbow, the rifle lacked sights/optic.

So did you just recognize it, or was it posted somewhere? I have looked at Seekins before at a shop, but it was just a run of the mill setup. I just had not seen one with that type of hand guard. Or maybe I just did not look close enough. I know I am not a fan of the camo, but the rest looked good.

I had read earlier that one of their rifles was going to be featured on TWD. I used to work at a shop that carried a few of their lowers and I recognized it in the show. They're currently sold out of that foregrip. I figured they would be.

Using imfdb a Seekins Precision rifle first appeared in season 5 for 5 of the episodes. The picture shown below is of Sasha in episode 7 of season 5 using a suppressed Seekins Precision rifle.

Seasons 6 had 9 episodes where the same Seekins Precision rifle is credited as appearing.  The picture below from Episode 8 of season 6 shows Maggie with with the best view of the rifle.

In the list of firearms credited in season 7 there is not a Seekins Precision listed as of now and clicking on all the ones that are listed I can't find one the resembled the one used by Daryl in the (lame IMHO) season 7 finale.  I don't know how often imfdb  is updated so I will keep a watch on it and update here if and when the rifle in question shows up.

The one that I really got a chuckle over was the MAC-10 having the optic mounted on the suppressor.  Totally useless in my opinion but I guess TV and movie cool.

According to imfdb this weapon was inspired by the one used by Snake Plissken (Kurt Russell) in the film Escape from New York. So now you know.

JoeCorrado - Ok I figured you had to have seen it before. No wonder companies want their products in hit shows. Some people will buy anything just to look like the people on the show.

MP5_Rizzo - Yeah I had looked at imfbd already for the info. No idea how often they update either. I had seen the one from earlier seasons. I think there was way too much build up for this to end it in one episode. And what are the chances that both the Kingdom and Hilltop arrive within a minute of each other??? I really think they are riding the show's success too much and skimping on the details. That is usually the death of a popular long running show.

I like how Negan is flipping us off as he frowns and somehow aims without looking in the scope. No wonder no one on this show ever has a decent hit average on humans.

Couple hundred rounds fired into truck as it passed on way out, but of course none could possibly hit in the open window of the cab. Right.
