    Where in NC?

Waynesville, my family lives in Waynesville and Maggie Valley which is about 15 minutes anyway.

Don't think I could make it through the Holliday's alone so thank God my house sold in one day and when I went to NC I was able to find what I wanted.

I know I am only a click away here, just wanted to let you all know that I will not be local.

The reason for the move is because after my wife's death I have no family here but I do in NC, hense the reason for the move.

It has been fun meeting many of you and I will miss you.

Please keep me in your prayers and God bless

    your friend

  3. Bersa go with the pre-paid plan from a local funeral home and if you are having your cremains placed in a niche or buried in the ground in a cemetery purchase that as well. Costs are always going up, this way you lock in the price and the funeral home will have all of your details when the time comes.

I had worked in the cemetery field for over 7 years before leaving and watched the prices go up every year or so.

    IMHO

  4. That sucks. I would like to know which ffl is doing this.

Seeing a new trend in the tics system and that is they say they never got your appeal after you wanted the 15 calendar days then resubmit the appeal to have them drag it out since there is only 30-31 days in a month the original transaction number expires after 30 days and you have to start all over again. Looks like TN is going anti guns and the ffl's can "buy" transfers dirt cheap and sell them at full retail. TN tics is either broken or corrupted. Had to let the ffl 'steal' my brand new sig from a transfer only to see it on his shelf for more than I paid for it and lost 40% of what I paid for it.

  5. Oranges to oranges to be fair, MSRP for the .22, which is in stainless with adjustable sight,  is $50 more than stainless adjustable sight .357 models.

You are correct, the 22lr vs the 357 is a round 50.00 difference in price, but the 22lr is more expensive, that just doesn't compute in my mind that the 22lr would cost more then the same gun in 357.
