Went to DMV 13 days ago, received my permit today. Quicker that I expected.

If that's what's in Noble Sport's shells then yes. If it isn't then no but if it's cheaper than other powders it might be worth giving a whirl. IMHO I wouldn't touch anything made by NS but that's just me. Hell I won four flats of their shells and I sold every last one of the (this was of course after I chipped a set of firing pins completely flat by shooting their shells).
Wow. Bummer. I've loaded and fired over 200,000 of their primers in reloads and never seen any sign of deterioration on the firing pins of my shotguns. Maybe the primers in their factory loads are different?

If it is an original and not a reproduction, it is likely worth quite a bit. Pictures would certainly help.

I'm a newbie to the Knoxville area. Are there any decent gunshows around, and what are the ones to avoid? I like nice guns, not into tacticool.

Where at in Ohio. I'm a refugee from Bowling Green
Xenia. Retired from Wright-Patterson, the wife still works there. As soon as the house up there sells, she retires and moves down here. That needs to happen soon, I'm getting to like this bachelor life.

FreeTaxUSA. I've used it for six or seven years, and as it says, it's free. It's online, no need to download software. My return is not too complex but it does involve MFS status, dividends/capital gains and itemized deductions. They have been spot-on accurate. I used to double-check them by doing a 1040 on my own (I used to work for H&R Block and was an IRS volunteer for 20 years so I am very familiar with tax prep) but I don't bother with that any more. Another nice feature is after your first year, your previous year data is saved and compared to the current year.
If I had a business or farm, a much more complex return, I'd hire a CPA. After working for Block, I would never recommend them or any other chain tax prep firm. Their training for preparers is minimal at best.

I retired in 2013 and moved to TN last August but just found this site today. Scheduled to take a HCL class next month, in the meantime my OH license is still valid. Been a shooter for 50+ years.

Just FYI - that is not a 'silver dollar' coin on that gripcap. It is a Walking Liberty fifty cent piece. Still, very cool!
