The safety was not a big deal to me either and I didn't use it until I dropped the gun and shot myself.  I make sure it is on now and I appreciate the option.

I live about 44 miles from Bristol in Virginia but I have a son-in-law and grandson who are gun nuts that live near Bristol, Tn.  Hope to get to know the people who live in Tennessee and like guns.  I have an assortment of guns and most are either 9mm or 22 with a 357 magnum, 380 and 12 gauge thrown in for fun.
