The "LE" variants of the 1301T come without threading for chokes, there is nothing fishy going on here.

Your description says SBA3 brace, but the brace pictured in detail is not an SBA3. The second gun -- apparently not the one for sale -- has an SBA3 on it.

You should mention which reticle it has, since they sell 5 different options

That's not the upper you're selling though.
Different handguard, charging handle, muzzle device, and dust cover. All the internal details could very well be different too.

Is it looking like it'll be a small group, or is it nearly filled up?

I've installed two of the Hellhound lever wraps on my Henry shotguns, and looks like they do have Marlin ones https://hellhoundleatherco.com/collections/gun-leather-accessories/products/marlin-lever-wrap-kit
They ship with instructions, and he also has some videos on Youtube for how to do a few different styles of stitches. They really came out looking nice.

Another difference is that the 500 has holes tapped for adding a rail on top of the receiver -- the 88 does not.

Thanks for noticing and responding! I'll reach out using that email in a bit

Does anybody know of a place in the Knoxville area that will do a good pin and weld service?
I found some old mentions here of Law Enforcement Sales in Oliver Springs, but they haven't answered their phone at all over the last week, and the contact email on their web site fails to deliver.
Otherwise, none of the gunsmiths I can find online in the area mention offering a pin and weld.
Thanks!

Crossroads Firearms is the quickest easiest transfers, $35 per gun plus $10 background check
Harvey's Pistol and Pawn is a miserable slow pain, do not recommend
If you're transferring multiple guns, A-Zone sports is a home FFL with great prices ($20 + $10 each additional + $10 background)

Are you trying to mount some strangely large optic and need more clearance for it?
On the APX RDO, it's not necessary to remove the rear sight to take the cover plate off, or mount many red dot sights using the plate system. You'll just have a useless normal height sight behind the optic.

I love SeeAll sights for limited use cases. The reticle is crystal clear and will be in focus with your target, which is novel compared to the fuzziness of a red dot, or the focal distance issues with iron sights. It'll be easier if you shoot with both eyes open.
It's very easy to lose the reticle, even more than many red dots, and I only put them on short range rifles (Steel Challenge), or slow shooting pistols from a fixed position (think NRA Bullseye).
I would not put it on a pistol you need quick sight acquisition, or will be moving and shooting, or anything defensive.
