Can anyone recommend some good instructors that offer private lessons?
My main goal this year is to be competitive in the Tactical Games event scheduled in October.
I don't expect to win... but I also don't want to come in last. I'd be happy if I placed close to the middle in the 40+ division.
I would also like to start doing local competitions to help me prepare.
So knowing how to run around with my guns safely so I don't hurt myself, other competitors,
or get DQ'd is important as well.
For my firearms skills
Pistol - beginner
Rifle - no idea what I'm doing.
For my own training I've been watching Warrior Poet Society Pistol Series and following Ben Stoegers Dry Fire Reloaded book.
Thanks!

Welcome. Enjoy TGO.
I'm also a member at Montlake. It's a fine range.
Nice! It's a great range and the owners are really nice.
I love the fact that hardly anyone is there when I go.
If I could wish for one thing there it would be able to have a rifle + pistol bay.Other than that I love it.

Hi All!
I figure I would introduce myself.
Right now I'm getting really excited about doing some competitions like the Tactical Games and
the Run N Gun posted in events. These are still a few months out so I need to practice some more.
I'm a member over at Montlake Sportsmens Club and they have a Falling Steel matches that I can
start out with.
