Apparently they've gotten their quality control under, well, control, in the last year...long thread on WarriorTalk about them, almost all positive for the recent ones.

I just within the hour had one in my hand, my doctor pulled one out when we started talking handguns and it seems to be a solid pistol, never seen or heard of DB .380's.

Beautiful Colt. I've heard that those little Ponies are addictive... Thanks for the pics and enjoy your unique pony:)
They are addictive, my 2nd one. Hope I'm not a junkie? My hands were sweating, heart was pounding.

Looks dangerous.....you'd better let me hang onto that for ya.
Man, even the box is in good shape! Congratulations. That's a fine investment.
Thanks Greg it is very nice for a 44 year old revolver. Hard to believe how clean it is.

You don't see many 3", and you see almost no 32s. You should probably pick this one up.
I am the new proud owner of a Colt Cobra S&W L .32 She's purdy.
-
While digging around for this .32 revolver I didn't know that Jack Ruby fired a snub-nosed Colt Cobra .38 into Lee Harvey Oswald.
-
I've got one in 38 Sp. Nice piece.

Guess that explains why I'm having trouble finding a price /photo, the net keeps poping up .38's, have the line in the H2o waiting for a bite.

$500 would be a steal in my opinion.
I insulted him. Giving another offer. Owner found that the serial # matches date of 1953. After looking at it, looks like it hasn't been shot, has a box of Remington bullets with it with 24 rounds fired, Wouldn't fire the unfired rounds, I'd almost say they are as old as the revolver by the look of the box. Thanks guys
(Called Colt and year made is 1967)

Found a Colt Cobra like new in original box. I'm Praying I didn't lowball seller.
Anyone know about a revolver like this, what would be a good offer?
Blued, 3" barrel, not a scratch.

I usually add ice to Bookers, unless I'm hitting the flask.
I'm with you, I would like to make it to midnight New Years. Good Bourbon/Scotch no ice most of time.
-
I want the whole State to see these balls, they only have a couple more days, they will be drowning in fine Bourbon. Happy New Year !

My Balls for New Year's Eve. Can't find Maker's 46, looked in a few stores
-
Got mine on Christmas Eve also, Maker's Mark sends some nice gifts for Christmas.
-
Works fine, but there's no advantage to it over the many other fine SD loads.
It's created and optimized specifically for lever action rifles.

Looks good in my .44 mag. cylinder

barewoolf,
Don't know if your friend has replaced his grips yet, I had a 85 ultralite and replaced grips with Hogue #67000 for Taurus (small frame revolver. They fit great.
I still have factory Taurus 85 grips, your friend can have them free, if he needs them. I have no use for them. SS

It was nice flying with you and meeting you finally. Knocked some rust off me and dust off my headsets.
Great airplane Fast and Smooth.

Sorry no pictures at the moment, leaving out of town in AM, I'd say it's nickle instead of SS w/blue slide.
This one has adjustable sights & Pachmayr grips. Serial # A 4267xx
-
It has an alloy frame and a steel frame. It is double action, holds eight shots, and has a 4" barrel. They stopped producing them in Feb 1983.
Anything in particular you wanted to know about it?
Yep I do. This pistol does have a 4" barrel & 8 shot, it's sa/da. Receiver on this one looks to be stainless ?? It's very dirty, looks like it has not been taken apart in a very long time. Thanks for the site mikegideon.
