There will be an optional two stage rifle night match after the pistol night match. Scored separately.
-
Elzetta or SureFire would be best but if you're looking for a lower price point the PolyTac is a good bargain:

The thing I don't like about Spyderco is the light weight. I would rather have a substantial knife. If they were built heavy like ZT I'd buy some.

I'm really liking my Benchmade Rant EDC. Perfect size and disappears under a shirt with a kydex sheath. Mine is the drop point for general usage but they make a tanto version also.
EDIT: This is not TN legal.

Where in Rockcastle county is this?
It is in Edmonson County.
-
S&W pistols are made in the USA by S&W.
S&W knives are imported from China by Taylor Brands.
There is a post about "Smith knife quality?" over at The High Road.
I have only owned one S&W knife but threw it in the trash after little use.
-
Plaque for High Lady and High Junior also.
-
I'm wondering if this would be worth the drive. But I guess even if it sucks I can still go to SMKW.
-
For the rifle match we will be awarding plaques for first, second, and third place finishers in both iron sight and optic divisions.
-
Since when has Dennis ever posted results to the web?
Dennis NEVER does. John H does that.
-
are the scores/results in yet??
Yes. If you PM me your e-mail address I'll send them to you. They are not on the website yet
-
Can't wait till the rifle match! Any prizes or plaques this time?
We're still working out the details. I think it would be a good idea though.
-
I will definitely be there for the night match. I don't just want to win the matches, I want to win a flashlight. Two flashlights given away, two people from Nashville won.
And very nice flashlights they are. Check out the video:

This is our annual big rifle match. Round count is 200. We use both ranges. Target engagement out to 200 yards.

I've had a couple done at Bellshire Hardware. It was the cheapest place I could find at the time.

About thirty shooters came out on a cold dark October night to shoot our Third Annual Night Match. The winner of the Elzetta flashlight was Josh from Gallatin.
Thanks to everyone that participated and a big thanks to Elzetta for sponsoring our match for the third year in a row.
