I think I'll pick up a growler of Yazoo Sue tonight.

I've got my fingers crossed about the weather, but figured I'd ask...will we shoot if it is raining?

Pretty much any political campaign commercials. They make me dislike all candidates regardless of their positions. We might be in a lull right now, but it'll be picking up again before long.

I went through the Guns and Leather HCP course ~2 weeks ago. They must have replaced the tv because there were no issues with the video. No real relevations in the class or video though I had been through a similar course in Ohio and had done a fair amount of research on TN laws prior to moving down here. The test was a piece of cake if you listen, though I'm not sure I agreed with all of the "correct" answers. -A.O.

How about ccw'ing to the range? Unload at the car or in the safe area?

I lived north of Dayton so usually went to the ranges in Vandalia (Vandalia Range and Armory and Miami Valley Shooting Grounds)

Another non-Glock owner here... I'm planning on coming tomorrow to see the range, watch the match, and peruse the vendors. (and maybe fondle some Glocks) I missed a GSSF event the weekend I moved down here from Ohio, so it works out nicely that I can check one out this weekend. -A.O.

Thanks everyone. I have to say it is nice to have restaurant carry here. That has been a huge fight for us in Ohio the past few years, but it seems like we'll finally get it passed soon.

Hello everyone. I go by my initials A.O. I am brand new to Tennessee. I joined up to lurk when I thought a transfer down here might be coming, but just made the move from Dayton, OH to Nashville this afternoon. If I understand correctly, with my Ohio CHL I can get a TN permit at the renewal rate. I promised myself I would try IDPA this year. Could you ranges in the Nashville area that host IDPA or similar matches? Hopefully there is a gettogether coming up where I can meet some fellow shooters. Thanks, A.O.
