Check out your local trophy maker. They usually make trophies for the shooting sports. If they dont have them in inventory they may well order a clay bird for you. I have seen various sizes for the clay bird. Material of the bird is optional. Maybe you can order on line? When I was involved in the sport all kinds of trophies were available. 45

Buds in Sevierville does NOT do the LEO/1st Responder program. Even had the counter guy go ask a manager. KY store yes, TN store, no.
When I was there I asked about the program and was told bring my papers and they would process. This was about 2 weeks ago.

Good deals can be had at Buds or Knife Works. My son purchased a Sig P320 at Buds for about $100 cheaper. He also got a couple range passes with the purchase.

Yes they do the LE discount.

Happy Thanksgiving to all and thank god for our blessings.

Friday it only took half a box to get on target both 50 and 100 yards with Winchester 130gr. Saturday evening one 75 yard shot dropped a button buck in its tracks. Guess thus gun needs to stay Winchester. More later when at a PC.
Happy to here your rifle is shooting fine. Ammo can certainly have an affect with a rifle that is finicky. Congrats on your deer.

I have the gun ready for tomorrow. clean, lightly lubed, and a nice shinny clean barrel/bore.
Clean gun is a good start. Like to here back how it went.

Ok, check you bases and rings also make sure you rifle is tight all screws. Weight of bullets may make a difference, if the rifle likes them or not. If all else fails it may be operator flinch. :squint:

Check the crown for damage, even a little nick can cause problems. Check for bore build up also.
