  1. thats the one. Right across from krogers and home depot. They also have the MVP varmint version with the "benchrest stock" . its a bit heavier and length of pull is shorter. Since I wanted a fast handling rifle to actually hunt with, I got the this one with the traditional sporter stock.

  2. Just picked this up to do some Coyote hunting. This is the 20" barrel matte finish, sporter stock. Got a Magpul Gen 2 in there and it seems to work just fine. I haven't tried any of my other mags yet. Going to test it out on monday and will post a range report after. So far so good.IMG_0545_zpsc934caf0.jpgIMG_0539_zps7e98df42.jpgIMG_0538_zpsc97a8efc.jpg

  3. great value and + 1 on what's already been said. its a very accurate pistol if you do your part. I like the grip angle as it brings the sights right up high (for me anyway). Traditional double action.

  4. Times being what they are I bought 3 boxes of Tula ammo recently and took them out today to shoot in my Sig 250 SC. Up to this point I have never had any issues with the gun, unti now. Out of the 150 rounds fired,  I had 7 rounds that failed to fire. However, after waiting a sufficient time to ensure proper safety, I tried shooting the same rounds again and all 7 fired. I also had some Remington and Federal ammo that fired with no issues. I have read that some folks have light primer strike issues with the 250 but I'm hoping it was just the ammo. Of course I've shot Tula in my Glock 19 and never had an issue. Any thoughts?

    thanks in advance,

  5. I have one and the first session shooting 200 rounds of various brands I experienced a number of stovepipes. I concluded it was me and not the weapon. My next session I made sure I was not limp wristing and keeping the gun in battery at all times and ran a couple boxes of cheap Tula through it. No issues. I think the gun was designed with an extra heavy recoil spring for its size (compare to a Glock lets say) That said, try only +p or 124/147 grain ammo and see if that works. If not then I would send it back. I'm well over 500 rounds with no issues.

  6. So I own two Glock 19's. One a gen 2 since the early 90's. While browsing the Glock website I found they would replace all internals for free. And would also refinish the slide for $45. They even upgrade the frame if you desire. So I shipped my Glock 19 to Georgia and wrote them a check to upgrade the frame and refinish the slide. Total cost to me $154. Glock customer service called and asked if it would be ok if they just replaced the gun with a new one. I was shocked and said hell yes! It shipped with 2 new mags in box...the works.

When I got it back 8 business days later I got the bright idea to sell it and maybe try something new. I'm so invested in trigger time and familiarity with this firearm and pleased with the service I'm keeping it. Just thought I'd share.

    great weapon, great service.

  7. Now if Wolf Blitzer, Feinstein

and the media would just shut up about it being the patriotic Tea Party, or some other right

winged terrorist organization...  That stuff gets old. They really do believe in this propaganda

    stuff.

I keep hearing "right wing extremist groups" ...what no left wing extremists exist? Whoever did it.. I hope they get the bastards.
