I'm a life member. Was gonna upgrade last year, but couldn't spare the money at that time.
I do agree that the quantity of mailings from the NRA family is a little much, but I want to still be able to shoot guns when I'm 70 so I deal with it.

excuse me sir

I haven't purchased ammo from Dick's in about a year since they had Remington 9mm for $7.98 per 50 if you bought 10 or more boxes. Glad I bought 20 boxes then.

Get the bullet puller. You'll spend less time separating your components than potentially clearing 50 squibs. Plus less risk of damage on your firearm.

Happy Holidays everyone

It was recommended to me to start with a single stage press to learn the processes. Single stage will be more time consuming than the turret, but you need to learn to walk before you can run. If you go with the turret, progress slowly so you understand what you are doing. Even better, if someone will give you a lesson, definitely take them up on their offer.

The last time I did the math, I figured about $6.00 per 50 for the materials.
Last year when I started reloading, you could still buy 9mm for $6.99 a box. Now, I barely see 9mm less than $10.00.
If you have spare time and the money for the initial equipment investment, it's a great hobby to get started with.

Doh ... I guess that would help.

I have about 130 .357 Magnum brass. Free to a good home.
I could use it if it's still available.
I'll check to see what I have laying around to put up.

I've been ordering most of my bullets directly from Berry's or Zero. They both have about a month lead time if you can wait.

People who cut diagonally across parking lots at 45 mph when they are half empty. They could simply pull into the lanes intended to drive in and make it across safely but NOOOOOOOOO...
You got to be freakin' more important than everyone else in the universe and cut me off because I decided to follow the lines on the road...
Well said!
People that change lanes on the interstate without using turn signals, especially when they are 3 feet in front of me to my left or right and want to get in my lane.

I tried using drying sheets in my tumbler yesterday. I've been using the corn cob media for about 8 months. Boy, did it take the dust out of the media. I will definitely use dryer sheets from now on.

Have lead or plated. Prices are good and no shipping if the order is over $50.00. Processing time is 2-4 if you can wait. Otherwise, Reloader's Bench.

The only time I will buy reloading components from Cabellas is when they offer free shipping.
Scratch that ... the only time I buy anything from Cabellas is when they offer free shipping.

Yes, they are tight, but I never had a problem loading S&B. Variety of calibers as well.
-
Titegroup works well for me for a those calibers. When I load magnum pistol cartridges, I use AA#7 or #9.

I have mailed brass with the flat rate USPS boxes. I just make sure it doesn't jingle.
