  1. SBR or any class III is too restrictive in my opinion regarding travel, possession by others, etc...

i may be mistaken, but simply crossing state lines (as i understand it) is not ok w/out some steps (from a purely legal standpoint) and i cannot loan it to anyone under any circumstance for use unless I remain present.

    not wort the restrictions.

Braces are good these days (SBA3 mounted to a mil spec buffer tube) does the job along w/ the shockwave or the any other number of braces.

    just my perspective, FWIW

  2. 122 degrees is easy to hit in the sight body on any sunny summer day on the range.

And anyone who's deployed knows black equipment can easily pass 122 deg.  way past.

I have noticed a shift in mine in the heat, when checking co witness.  assumed I was messed up by the heat, not the sight.

I  love my EO's, damn fast sights.  I'd like to see what improvements are made to the "replacements" mentioned in the video...

and i'm anxious to hear when and if any checks actually arrive and how long it took.

(anyone know if there are timelines on the refund/exchange deal?)

  3. agree on Taran Tactical baseplates.  excellent stuff.

lots of good suggestions  here...  most I've tried and none totally disagreed with me

Currently use and love the PJ holster for how simple and slim it is.  easy on/off and comfortable.

have the spare mag holster as well.

I have tried both the IWB over the belt and IWB under.  strongly prefer the OVER for ease of removal and it allows the belt to hold the weight of it as opposed to just the top of the pants.

    YMMV

  4. if this is a range gun that will never see social work, then these are all good choices.

I'll get flamed for it and it is simply mho but if you EVER think you will have to fight for your life or defend your family or clan with this rifle, spend the extra money and buy a fighting rear sight, like the Troy or Daniels Defense (have several and like others have said, started with lower end stuff that looked great and felt great, but discovered that these things will fail on you when you need them the most)  The DD will hold zero and repeat settings accurately each and every time. It will not loosen up with heating and cooling cycles, and it will take a beating like no other and keep zero.   I know it's a lot of money, but it's worth it.

  5. Our Manchurian president is fulfilling his mission beautifully.

and he will not lower the WH flag...  unless forced to.

and those that call this weakness, you are mistaken.

    this is not weakness.

every action of this president when examined to it's core is outright treason with bold and willful intent.

even the nuance of his actions...  when examined reveal the same.

when studied, one will find that his actions have not once been for the strengthening of American

his 6 years have been the most damaging to this country of any leader in American history.
