I shot my first match at 59 and got hooked. MCTS members welcomed my adult kids and they got hooked as well. Don't let a late start discourage you. I even got a knee replacement so I can keep up with the kids and shoot the shotgun I got for Christmas. See you in Dickson!

How would that play in front of the jury?

The gun moves around a lot in the holster? Or the Holstered gun moves around a lot on your belt?
Sorry, the holter moves on my belt. It fits the gun well. I would still buy one for my PT709 if they made it.

I just bought my third set after the boys got the first two. We like them, and I suggest these devices contribute greatly to range safety.

I have one for my PT145. It moves around a lot. I think that this is caused by the gun being top heavy...... a short barrel and a heavy (10 rounds of 45 ACP) butt. I now carry a PT709 in an Ace single clip tuckable abd I think i will order the Bladetech when it becomes available.

Take a look at the Taurus PT709

Actually, Franklin Gun Shop has several Galcos but they don't provide any material between the gun and my tender flesh. They don't cover the thumb safety either. To you Glock shooters, thats a little thing that ....... nevermind

I am looking for a tuckable IWB for my new PT709. Who in middle Tennessee has any in stock?

I don't buy new guns very often and poo-pooed (is that a word?) the concept of breaking in a gun but my two year old PT145 did need about 1,000 rounds to become reliable.

I just bought a Taurus PT709 and stopped by the Cheatum range to check it out. I ran 50 rounds of 125 gr lead and FMJ round nose reloades through it with no problem. Too cold to continue.

Zombie Match - Music City Tactical Shooters

Dale, John and that guy with the pony tail whose name I cannot rember put on a great match. We had about half experienced shooters and half new shooters in my squad, and the old folks made the new ones feel welcome. The Ft. Cambell contingent entertained us all with their gas masks. Even the USPSA loyalist had a good time even though this old fart beat him a couple of stages. Thanks guys!
