I know this is off track a bit. but i bought a 100 count box at walmart. i guess what i was looking for was bigger shot more for home defense. what a bought was more for target shooting.

what are you shooting it in? I've got an XDm, 24/7, and a glock 19 to try it in.

What do you think about this? I went to the Outpost today and liked the feel of it. It was $459.99. Decent price? Anybody shot one? Bought 1000 rounds of Wolf 9mm while I was there.

It looks exactly like this one except that it's blue. It has a foam gun rest on the back wall but it fell off. Looking for someway to attach it. I bought a metal gun safe of craigslist. It's 55" tall, 21" wide and 10" deep. What I'm looking for is a way to make the inside like a safe with the carpeting and padding and a panel for the back of the door where I can put my handguns. It has a shelf near the top but doesn't go all the way back so you can have shotguns or rifles standing up. What could I use to make it padded and a little nicer looking.

Did anyone go to the gun show in Smyrna back in January and fill out a card for a free trip and cruise? Got called about it and signed up. It actually cost some money. Went online later and saw nothing but bad things about it. Called a few minutes ago and cancelled it.

Went back yesterday and looked again. They had a Mossberg 935 in all black for $397. Thought that was a pretty good price. Meant to see if the had an 870.

Went to go out today and was going to carry. I tried the holster that came with the XDm and felt like it was riding to high up. Tried one I bought at the gun show awhile back(nylon, soft) and it was ok. Probably need to find something that feels right. Don't know about an IWB unless I loose some weight. Don't want to have to buy bigger pants. Anybody got any suggestions.

Finally got my HCP in the mail today. Called about it last Monday and said it would be issued. Turned in the paperwork 1/2, fingerprinted 1/6, received 2/19. Not too bad I guess. When I called they said my wife's was gonna be issued too but she didn't get hers today.

I didn't hold either of them. I'm thinking I'd like to get into skeet shooting, but i've got a guy wanting to trade my a franchi 612 for my SA 1911.

so is the mossberg 500 worth $30 more?

Went to the WM on old fort in the boro and saw they carried rifles and shotguns. Didn't realize they still did. I'm usually at the Smyrna store or the one on Rutherford. They had a Maverick 88 for $177 and a Mossberg 500 for $207. What do you think about them? It's my bday and my wife asked if I wanted one. Just wanted to see how good the prices are.

what about the franchi 612. he wants to trade it and $100 for the SA 1911. Is this a good deal?

Ive got a SA 1911 Loaded model. All stainless. Put it on golsn for trades for a shotgun. Had people offer me a mossberg 835 but how much cash with it? Also a Franchi 612 Sporting. How much money should I ask for. I bought it for almost $900.

Is this worth showing up to? Went to the show last month in Smyrna. Figured I could kill sometime in the morning before going to the hockey game.

Called today and checked on our permits and they said both will be issued today and will receive them in 7 to 14 business days. It would be great to see them by the end of the week. We turned our paperwork in on Jan 2 and were fingerprinted on Jan 6, so not too bad I don't think.

I've got a SA 1911 Loaded model for sale. All stainless, 5 inch barrel. I'm in Smyrna. I'm up at Ontarget every once in a while.

Planning on heading up there in the morning. Never been on a Sunday, usually head up there Saturday when they first open. Had to work during the day today so it will be tomorrow. Don't know if I'll actually be looking for anything.

Dang. I applied 1/2 and called this morning and she said they were still waiting on "one of the background checks." I'm hoping to see it soon. She said call back in 2-3 weeks. I'm hoping to have it in my hands by then.
