  2. Yeah, I'm not real clear on the difference either but I do know that the breech lock design makes for a lighter gun somehow and thats why its favored in pocket pistols.

    yeah thats why i was wondering.Iv'e been looking at some subcompact autos and they most all are "breech lock" design

  3. oh ,ok....i think........excuse my ignorance.All of my experience with handguns has been revolvers.I'm just now getting into semi-autos.....thanks for the reply
