  1. Wife and I replaced the entry doors on our house 6 months ago and added security screen doors. This on was a "place keeper" on the front while we waited for that screen door to arrive. Once it came in we took it off and it's been leaning where it is. It measures 35 1/2W x 79"H. The hinges have integrated springs. They work. Door hasn't been painted or stained. Screens have no rips or tears. Discoration is weathering.

Door was $50ish,hinges another $10 or so. Come get it, bring me a box of 9mm, 45acp, 30-06, 300blk (145gr), brick of 22lr,couple of 100 round sleeves of 22wmr, 100 rounds of 12 or 20ga shot, some slugs for same... Basically $20-3 bucks of ammo. Or just say "I need the door but don't have ammo to spare" and it's yours.

I'm in Jefferson City, 7 minutes from the pilot at 417

  2. Heard this yesterday, again. It reminded me, again, of how lucky I am, in so many ways. As bad as many things are, they could be worse. As good as some things are, the ones that REALLY matter couldn't get much better. I have a good woman, good life, good kids, all my parts (most of which still work properly) and I woke up on the right side off the grass this morning.

So Happy New Year NES, I hope it's better than you expect.

I have days where I hate my job

This little town, and the whole world too

Last Sunday when the Bengals lost

Lord, it put me in a bad mood

I have moments when I curse the rain

Then complain when the sun's too hot

I look around at what everyone has

And I forget about all I've got

    But I know I'm a lucky man

God's given me a pretty fair hand

Got a house and a piece of land

A few dollars in a coffee can

My old truck's still running good

My ticker's ticking like they say it should

I got supper in the oven, a good woman's loving

And one more day to be my little kid's dad

Lord, knows I'm a lucky man

Got some friends who would be here fast

I could call 'em any time of day

Got a brother who's got my back

    Got a mama who I swear's a saint

Got a brand new rod and reel

Got a full week off this year

Dad had a close call last spring

    It's a miracle he's still here

    But I know I'm a lucky man

God's given me a pretty fair hand

Got a house and a piece of land

A few dollars in a coffee can

My old truck's still running good

My ticker's ticking like they say it should

I got supper in the oven, a good woman's loving

And one more day to be my little kid's dad

Lord, knows I'm a lucky man

My old truck's still running good

My ticker's ticking like they say it should

I got supper in the oven, a good woman's loving

And even my bad days ain't that bad

    Yeah, I'm a lucky man

    I'm a lucky lucky man

  3. Great guns, mine is a "Super" in stainless. Best money I ever spent on an accessory was for grips to lower my middle finger from behind the trigger guard. More muzzle flip that way but a LOT less pain 🙂

Mine is NOT for sale as it was a wedding gift from my wife (yeah, I'm THAT lucky!) but I'm happy to host test-firing of mine in the Jefferson City area for somebody unfamiliar with the gun.
