  1. Great, I will be home this afternoon. To be safe to after 1:00 PM. My cell number is 931-272-1660. I will be at TN Gun Country and then waiting for my wife right down the street from Cowboy Dans Trading Post. If you contact me early this morning (before 9:30 AM) I will bring the gun with me and we can meet over there.

  2. SOLD   Glock 42 for sale. I purchased it new and made a few changes. I added new night sights (just front) and a black "u" rear sight, changed the slide lock to the extended slide lock, changed the slide stop to the extended slide stop. I also had a Ghost Pro Connector put in it. I will have to look around and see if I have the factory parts. Included is 500 hundred rounds of 95 grain FMJ and half a box of Speer Gold Dot hollow points. The pistol will come with 7 magazines. 2 are still in the packing and 4 have Pierce pinky extensions. My goal was to carry the pistol but never did and it has been hanging around the back of my safe for years.

$550.00 dollars. Must have a TN photo ID but carry permit would excellent.

  3. SOLD

Here is a revolver I bought several months ago just because. It is unfired except by the factory. After sitting here looking at it and waiting for a holster I decided I am going to part company with it. I purchased it at Guns.com (another mistake price wise) and it is a new revolver. There are two issues that should be noted. One issue is the "m" in Performance isn't filled in and the other issue is some marks on the back strap. The revolver is a 8 shot .357mag and has a 2.625" barrel in the N frame size. The gun has only been fired at the factory. The holster was made by Rob at Simply Rugged holsters. The leather strap that holds the revolver in the holster can be removed. The strap is long so you can slide you hand up the holster which unsnaps the strap and leaves your hand where it needs to be to get your gun out. I have the box and all contents that came with the revolver.

I paid $1479.99 plus shipping, insurance, and tax. This is about what similar 627s are going for on Gunbroker. MSRP is $1,259. The holster cost $185.00.

    EDIT:
I changed the picture of the frame that shows the marks. They are not scratches as the marks don't go into the metal (running a finger nail over them I can't feel anything). Also today I noticed a spot on the cylinder (last picture) on the upper left side. Today I saw a light mark on the front of the trigger guard.

I am dropping the price to $1,000.00 for the holster and revolver shipped. Money order, bank check, or personal. The gun will ship when funds clear. First "I will take it" gets the gun followed up by a PM.

  4. Does anyone know if a person with a enhanced carry permit can legally carry in Liberty Park located in Clarksville? I was reading the park's rules as I want to take my granddaughter fishing there. In the rules it states see T.C.A. 39-17-1351. That is as clear as mud to me. I mean the question only requires a yes or no answer.

    Thank you.

  5. I have a Glock 43 I am wanting to sell. I am the original owner and have the case with all the accompanying stuff. I did carry the G43 and I am going to say I shot 1,000 rounds thru it. I don't count rounds but I am pretty positive I didn't shoot 1,000 rounds but certainly not more. I have a Milt Sparks holster for it and extra magazines. I have for factory six round magazines, three round factory with Pierce grip extensions, two Taran Tactical magazines with the two round extensions, and one Taran Tactical magazine with the three round extension. The Taran Tactical magazines were just checked to see it the worked. I bought the completed Taran Tacticals from them not just the extensions. I sent the G43 to Wilson Combat for the stippling and had the Trijicon HD XR sights installed. The reason I am selling it is I started carrying a G19 soon to be replaced by a WC SFX9.

    What it cost:

    G43  $449.00

    Two Taran magazines +2  115.00

    One Taran +3  59.00

    Milt Sparks holster  $140.00

    Work by Wilson Combat  $350.00

I am in Clarksville and will consider traveling a little way. We would have to meet in a safe we both agree on. Buyer must have a valid TN drivers license and carry permit would be nice but not a deal breaker.

    Price $650.00

  6. Should have looked here first 😏. About 3 hours ago I bought a Ruger 0625 22Mag/22WMR for almost double the price. I would have gladly settled for your revolver. I was just looking for a plinker. I also live in Clarksville. I got spanked by the dealer on Gunbroker.

  7. Here is a copy and paste of an email, with pictures, to Wilson Combat in reference to the barrel:

    Donald,

This is normal wear. We fit the muzzle fairly tight to the slide for accuracy. The rubbing marks can be removed with a piece of scotch brite. The marks are mainly cosmetic. Hope this helps.

    Thanks,

  8. Sold

The CQB Elite Compact has +/- 1200 rounds down the pipe. I can't find any marks on it and it has only seen a holster a couple of times. I didn't have a lot of extras added when I ordered the pistol. I am the original owner of the pistol. When looking at the picture with the slide pulled back note the scratching on the barrel. I contacted WC in reference the marks. Steve Kelley from WC answered my email stating that is normal. I figured if it was an issue I would get it taken before listing the pistol. Just looking to see if there is any love for the Compact here in TN.

    The extras:
    3.5 lb trigger
    Omit front cocking serrations
    Ameriglo front night sight
    Countersink slide stop

    What comes with it:
Everything same as it came from the factory
Mitch Rosen 5JR Lined Holster ($180.00)
    Seven WC 9 round Magazines
    One WC 10 round magazine
Wilson Combat 1911 Auto Maintenance Manual by Bill Wilson (Back in the day a copy of this came with all new pistols)

$2,400.00  Face to face price $2,300.00. Shipped by me to your FFL. I can do PayPal with no charge to me, postal money order, or personal check. What ever just has to clear before I ship the pistol. Please no trades, I need cash.

Edit to add I know I have a -1 on the seller. That is because there was a Glock 19.5 listed in this section and I exchanged PMs with the guy and said I would take it at his asking price. We set up a meeting later in the week. A couple of days later I noticed he was still bumping his listing and I asked him why as I told him we had arrangements already. He said something to the effect of too many people said they were going to buy the pistol and not showing up. So, I gave him a negative rating for not telling me what was going on and backing out. Consequently he gave me a negative rating and complained to a moderator. The moderator contacted me and I copied and pasted all PMs exchanged. The moderator admonished him and stated I was in the right. I feel it is wrong that the negative rating was not corrected but I will live with a negative rating so other folks are aware of this guy.
