This is Sully, he is kind of a turd but my wife and kiddos really like him. He wasn't getting along at his first home with the resident German Shepherd so my wife agreed to keep him for a few days to help a friend out. That was 6 yrs ago.

Just curious if you have put your heat pump in emergency heat mode? The HVAC guy who installed ours recommends switching it to emergency heat mode in these real cold temps.
