I have a Model 69 Combat Magnum for this purpose. I load my own shot shells for it. Haven’t tried it on a snake yet but works well for the carpenter bees destroying my deck. P.S. Don’t tell your neighbor you’re using shotshells and let him think you’re a crackshot.

Excellent condition, fired a handful of times, lost our lease and nowhere to shoot now, comes with the factory case, papers, bipod, etc. Looking for $3800 cash, face to face. Once fired brass from Barrett and 600 or so API pull down bullets and sizing die available to purchaser for additional cost. Scope not included.
