It was similar in size. My old one had a heavy duty, front plate, hinges and frame. The locking mechanism was similar to a safe, with 5 bolts (3 on sides and 1 at top and bottom).
-
that's great.
-
Duce, that IS build is insane.
-
The one I had before was about $200. I think it was a "wall vault" made by one of the safe companies. It wasn't super high quality, but had decent hinges, bolts and construction. It held two - three long guns.
-
Really, I'll check there too. Wife and I looked a few weeks ago, but they did not carry. I though outdoor junction in cookevill sold, but they did not recall anything similar.

If ammo had not skyrocketed, I'd be all over this one.

Guys,
Not sure if these are made any longer, but I need a long gun vaut that will fit in-wall. Looking for something that will fit between studs, but cannot be deeper than a standard wall. I want combination locks, not keys. -
R a slightly shorter length of pull, you can look at the short stocks. Most have a 12" length of I'll, Southey can be want with armor.

Guys,
Ive met two TGO members within last few days and wasreminded that a lot of us came over from the speed forum.
My other pass time is spent in a modded Mazdaspeed Miata that's well setup for the twisties but has enough engine to surprise folks. ;)
Just wondering who is a speed freak and what you're into?

I was looking at the Buds site a few days ago. I like the long, octagonal barrel with case hardened receiver, but the '16" round barrel makes more sense. Was hoping to put my hands on one first.
PS: thanks to both of ou guys! -
I am not familiar with Bills. Can you provide more info?

Guys,
I'd like to buy my dad a lever action .44 magnum. Prefer a 92 or 94 action. Anyone know a local shop that has one in stock?
FYI, budget is $500, so probably looking for a Rossi or used model. Also, might consider a .357
Thanks much,
mark
