I feel the same. 9mm just feels wrong. And you're not getting that much more capacity. Do you carry a full size 1911? I have a Springfield milspec. I have carried it from time to time, but it's huge lol. Any recommendations?

I haven't been big on EDC, but I am thinking about purchasing a new EDC. I currently carry a Ruger LC9 occasionally, but it's just not for me. I like metal, hammer fired guns. I also am not a huge fan of the capacity. I'm leaning towards a CZ 75 D PCR. Man that thing feels good in my hand. The weight, the capacity. But I'm torn. I also fell in love with a Springfield Ronin emp 4. I love 1911's . I have been a 1911 owner for almost 20 years. Both feel great. But I'm kinda leaning toward the CZ. 10 round difference carrying two mags is huge. Anybody use either of these? What are your thoughts? Thanks

Good morning! My name is Stephen, I'm 41 and I'm originally from Commiefornia. I left as soon as I turned 18. I first lived in Clearfield Utah! What a refreshing change from Cali. Way too cold for me though lol. That was back in 2000. I decided to join the military shortly after September 11, and was shipped off to boot camp in February 2002. I was a Seabee in the Navy (SW) and was deployed to Kuwait, but never entered Iraq. I moved to TN shortly after I got out of the Navy. I've been here since 2007. Absolutely love it here. Easy to fit in with all the like minded people. Friendliest place I've ever lived, too. My first gun purchase was a Springfield 1911 milspec. Still own it. I also own a Taurus tx22, a Ruger lcp9, a Ruger mark III, a Ruger 1022, a Ruger AR556, and an old Olympia break barrel 410. Anyways that's it. I look forward to being a part of the community.
