  1. yes I love mine. Put Talon grips on and it runs well with all ammo I tested . I did not try Hornady. I run Federal HST 124gr. I am waiting for the +2 extensions.

  2. I also use the Lone wolf conversion barrel in my glock 22. It is more accurate but you can only use 124 gr not 115 gr, bullets. I did swap out the 40 spring for the 9mm spring but use the original extractor. I found the Wolf barrel more accurate than the Glock barrel.

  3. Phi knew what he was saying would fuel a big firestorm. He was drawing a line in the sand with A&E because everyone could see this divorce happening given A&E's intolerance to the family's view on God guns and prayer. This is just a prequel to Duck Dynasty jumping networks. No laws broken either.

God bless he Robertson family for sticking to their values.

  4. I use the XD tactical in USPSA major with some modifications and it has not been a problem. I like my Glock 22 for limited but don't use lead cast bullets. I will probably replace the barrel with a Lone Wolf barrel to shoot lead reloads though.

Get what you shoot the best.

  5. I have them for competitive shooting but my carry gun has xs sights and a hand held flashlight for use at night on a G23. My concern is they could break. TFO's are very bright though.
  6. I like carrying inside weakside for ankle carry but for BUG only. It is more difficult to get to and there is a risk in a scuffle the perp could get easy access if you are pinned.

  7. Did everyone watch the same clip from several angles that I saw? It looks to me that he did cross the line from self defense to offense when he chased the BG's out the door, held the door open and fired outside the store at the fleeing suspects. He just opened the door for a civil suit. I applaud his courage but his actions appear over the line. The real question is just when does the threat actually end? At what point do fleeing suspects stop becoming a threat? I guess that will be answered by a jury.

  8. Depending on the shooters knowledge of the weapon yes it still could have happened and with an inexperienced shooter it might be even more likely, here's the scenario:

Gun is loaded with one in the chamber, gun owner releases the mag, removes all shells from the magazine, pulls the trigger to show the gun is "safe" then re-installs the magazine without clearing the chamber and hands it to his buddy. Next pull of the trigger the gun goes boom. I have seen this happen at the range with a Ruger Mark III pistol.

Even safeties can fail. In the above case one must have removed the loaded chamber indicator or ignored it.Hopefully the gun was pointed in a safe direction
