  1. I dont know if its being paranoid or if is just being more aware of the things that are going on and you now think of what could happen. When I took my class the instructor gave us stories of how fast your everyday situation could easily turn into a gun fight so quick if you are not careful. Before carrying I would not think twice about stopping and filling up with gas somewhere. Now when I stop I catch myself looking around and being more cautious. I've been carrying for about 5 years now.
  2. this one is hard for me since I have a Insulin pump on the opposite  side of my holster. But thats a clever answer
  3. Is this a trick question? I haven't even shot (mine) yet.  I carry a Springfield xd SC9MM now. The one I did shoot I loved it. like I said in the op as soon as I get my Holster I will be carrying it.  But I'm sure by then I will have put some rounds through it.

    M&P Shield

Well after a long two month wait I finally got my hands on my new Smith & Wesson M&P Shield.  I picked up the shield in 9mm. It was worth the wait.  I love the small size and the trigger pull is amazing. I cant wait for my PJ Holster to come in so I can start carrying it, I ordered it back the first week in January so I'm hoping to get it soon.
  5. We plan on staying in flagstaff. I will be going to the grand canyon one day and stop through Sedona for a day on the way to Phoenix for a Fraternity conference and possible stop back through Sedona on the way back home as well sounds like a lot of nice things to do.
  6. Has anyone been to Sedona Arizona? I'm taking a week long trip out west and have seen pictures of the red rock. I'm looking for advise on where to stay, eat, things to do. Thanks in advance.
  7. I know most folks read the title and thought yep the take down lever comes out when firing, well now for mine. I have a new .380 bodyguard. and I have a different problem. I can not get my take down lever to move to the downward spot to take it out goes about half way and pops right back up. anyone know a secret to get it out.

  9. I have always had that question I go back to my alma mater from time to time several streets run throw campus and are city streets. So would it be legal to carry or leave a gun locked in my car while parked on one of the streets, I don't want to get into a discussion on "why would you leave a gun in your car to steal" but if they are city streets shouldn't it be legal?
  10. You know now that you say something they were friendly, in fact the threw in a free hat as well.

    New .380

I bought my First .380 today. I went to the sprint store to get my phone fixed and they told me it would be about 30 min. What can you get done in 30 min you ask? Well I left there and went and got my hair cut. 10 min tops, So with the remaining 2o min I stopped into D&T Arms. Looked around a little while and had to buy something, So I picked up a new Smith and Wesson .380 Body Guard and a pocket Holster. Its great! can't wait to get it to the range.
  12. I carry a xdsc 9mm and love it Carry inside the waist band, I'm a bigger Guy 6'2'' 275 Fits nice in the DM Bullard Dual Carry Holster, Its a little expensive but its a great holster worth every penny. I love the Gun and Holster
  13. My friend offered me a chance to buy a Walther PPS 9mm with 3 mags for $550. I like the fact that its smaller than my Springfield maybe something to carry in the summer? what are your thoughts?
  14. Hey everyone I'm sure there are a bunch of threads that have the answer to my question but I'm at work and not supposed to be on here (don't tell my boss/parents) I've been giving a rifle from my Great Grandmother a Rife of my Great Grandfather's its a WW11 Rife he brought back with him. I'm looking for a Good Gun safe to keep it in. I currently only own a few hand guns so don't know much about gun safe for rifles. Any suggestions?
