    Hello All, I'm James "Jim Pat" Flowers and I moved to Franklin a couple of years ago from Arkansas. I'm retired, a life member of the DAV, an Army veteran, and a lawyer. My wife and I took the HCP class earlier this month and are awaiting our permits. I enjoy shooting handguns and was on a pistol team way back in ROTC. Best wishes, JPF
