  1. https://practiscore.com/results/new/46403
  2. Birdshot is the only required shotgun ammo this month but there are alot of option targets that could be shot with slugs if you choose so you may want to bring a few.
  3. Absolutely, we'll be happy to answer any questions you have as well. Just dont forget to bring eye and ear protection.
  4. This will be our last 3 gun match of the year. We will be back in February to start 2018.
  5. Not sure yet. Let you know soon.
  6. Middle Tennessee Shooters Club in Manchester will be hosting its monthly 3 gun match on Sunday November 5th. It will feature 5 fun and challenging stages. 100 rounds for each gun should get you through the match but it never hurts to bring extras. No slugs or slings necessary. You can pre-register on practiscore or at the range on the day of the match. Registration on match day is from 1100 to noon and we'll get started shortly thereafter. I can be reached at sumocrp@aol.com with any questions you may have.
  7. Pump for 3 gun?

A lot of matches require a pump shotgun for their heavy metal division, the other divisions allow a semi auto which is a good bit faster. Just starting out there is nothing wrong with using a pump until you figure out what semi auto shotgun you want.
  8. Pump for 3 gun?

I would have gone with the nova if I hadn't already had an 870. I put a 26 inch barrel with a light mod choke on mine. The pump gun really only makes sense if you're shooting heavy metal, that stoeger will serve you well for every other division.
  9. I was hoping to post an update about good weather this weekend, oh well. We'll be shooting rain or shine, at least there are no paper targets to worry about. Don't forget your rain gear.
  10. Yes, or you can load your magazines to 10 rounds and shoot production.
  11. Middle Tennessee Shooters Club in Manchester will be hosting a 5 stage falling steel match on Sunday October 8th. Round count will be approximately 150 but bring more ammo than that in case you miss. We will recognize the following divisions: production, any iron sighted pistol up to ten rounds. Limited, any iron sighted pistol with 140mm mags. Open, any dot pistol with no mag limits. Pcc, pistol caliber carbine in 9mm, .40, or .45 no restrictions on accessories or mags. Standard shotgun, semi auto shotgun with 9 rounds at start. Manual shotgun, pump shotgun with 9 rounds at start. Open shotgun, mag fed or speed loader shotguns no limitations on accessories or mags. We will most likely limit it to entry in one division except for those who show up for set up the day before at 0900. Set up help on Saturday can shoot two divisions. Every one is welcome to come help. There will be a link for early registration on practiscore, look back here for the link. You can also sign up at the range the morning of the match. Sign in will be from 1100 to noon and we'll get started shortly thereafter. Match fee is $20 for non members and $15 for members. I can be reached at sumocrp@aol.com with any questions.
  12. The weather is going to be great for the match, we got most of it set up today and the stages look fun.
  13. Caliber conversion and 3gun

He's referencing 3 Gun Nation divisions. A glock 22 converted to 9mm won't be a problem for factory/tac irons division.
  14. Caliber conversion and 3gun

You can shoot a caliber conversion handgun in 3 gun. Not a problem.
