I know it not everyone's favorite but I have been getting mine from Cheaper than Dirt:
Great ammo. Cheapest I could find.

I was in the military for 26 years. Nearly every day was like that.
I have close to 40 and experience it every day. It's the accepted norm that I still find amazing.- 2

Very nice.

Very neat rifle. Love those breakdown rifles.

I've been looking at this to. Nice M92 Smith.

I also held one at academy. I was looking for a threaded version. It felt very heavy in the hand and not balance. I have a model 41 with a 7" barrel and it does not feel quite as heavy as this pistol.
I'm going to have to wait till I shoot one. -
Maybe you can call Fiocchi USA and the can put you in touch with Tula. Since they made it.

That's great news. Finally Century has stepped up. I only wished I had your luck a few years ago. Before I swore them off.

Ive had great luck with it through a Glock 19 and other 9mm. It could be a lot number issue.

Sorry for your loss. I have a few High Standards. Shoot only standard velocity ammo. They are prone to frame cracking in the Mag or slide release openings.

I have a take-down like yours and went with a BSA Sweet 22. Great scope for the money. My Son likes it.

The fifth picture is a German Paratrooper helmet from the Nazi era. Some of the first pictures remind me of the helmet Dutch soldiers and The French wore patterned after our own. Before Kevlar.
The last one looks to be a Dutch hement from the 50's..
EBay is a good place to look at the pictures to help narrow it down. I use it often for research in to many thing to get me on the right track.
I hope others can chime in. -
Great American. I got to meet him once at Ft Hood as a speaker

That is true the FAL is a fine rifle with a long history as issued. DSA makes a very nice semi version. Lot of good AR10 type out there also.
If the OP has a nice FAL I would keep it they are hard to find.

All of my Surgeons and Doctors must qualify twice a year on a handgun. This includes the cooks on their assigned weapon. To include all personnel assigned to a medical unit. This does not happen in the civilian populace outside of law enforcement.
