I liked the Taurus slightly slimmer grip (but you still know its not a small gun), only Taurus I have ever owned was a Model 627 Titanium .357 back when I had my conceal carry permit, how do the Taurus autoloaders compare to the competition? -

The Sig is my nightstand piece and it does not have the ability to mount a flashlight hence my reason for a replacement.

Just did a search on Gun Genie.....no M&P's in my area but plenty of FN's, but the S&W is over $100 cheaper than the FN (MSRP wise).......

Intended use for either is home defense so size in the case of the FN is not a problem.....

My vote is for a .22 rifle......maybe a Marlin 39A or a Ruger 10/22.
