  1. This morning Wal-Mart #466 (Bolivar) had 16 boxes Federal 9mm and 6 boxes of 380
  2.   Thanks for the answers!   Not sure that's why I asked. I have a Lyman 45 die set and did not know w whether to buy  a Lee Powder Through Expander Die and use it or to sell the Lyman and buy a Lee set. If I can just use the Lee Powder Through Expander Die with the Lyman,  then I'm good to go.
  3. I have a Lee Pro 1000 and have a question about dies. Can I use Lyman re-sizing die and a Lyman bullet seating die with and Lee Powder Through Expander Die together?   Thanks
  4. Dave, if you have any CCi or Remington small pistol primers, I need a 1000. Thanks
  5.  Thanks for the info, but the first run of 9mm went with no problems because of the press. However, there was some operator errors, but worked them out. Worked so well I ordered .45 auto dies and shell plate assy for it.   So far so good
  6. Just sent a email thanking the 31 Senators  that voted both against the motion to proceed on S. 649 on April 11 and against the Toomey-Manchin-Schumer amendment on April 17.
  7. Anyone heard of Grassfire?
  8. Send more out today. Air Force One flew the parents of Sandy Hook victims to Washington to lobby for more gun control. Think I can get a ride on Air Force One to lobby against gun control?
  9. Sent 3 today and almost everyday. Cooker does reply to all my emails, but they are the same email each time
  10. Thanks, I did. just took me a min. to figure that out. Sometime I'm a little slow
  11. I can not post in the for sale area so not sure how to get a hold of him. Would like to buy all for the 80
  12. Have everything I need to reload but 115 gr 9mm luger FMJ projectiles. David is out, so anyone know where I can get 500 to 1000 of them?   Thanks, Earl
  13. Went to Walmart in north Jackson looking and of course they did not have anything except some shotgun ammo. Guy behind the counter said that the "breakfast club" (about 7 guys) get there at 7Am each morning and buys them out.   I have not seen pistol ammo in Walmart in months. And the hunt continues...
  14. Glocks don't like cast from what I hear, but thanks
  15. Yes
  16. Thanks BigK, did not know that about Glock barrels.   I have once fired brass so I guess that will work. Call a dealer in the next town up and asked if he had any 115 or 124 gr 9mm bullets and he said just got some in. Got all excited and drove over and he thought I was talking about 115 gr 9mm retail ammo. I've a Lee press I got new 2 months ago and it's still in the box. Not going to open it up untill I can get everything I need. While I was there I did go ahead and get 250 rounds of 9mm and 50 rounds of 45 acp. Not what I wanted but not a wasted trip.
  17. Thanks BigK for the advice. I did not think of doing it that way, but what you suggest make good sense.   I have a Glock 26 and trying to start with it. After I get comfortable with it then I'll get dies for my 1911 45. I used to reload in the 70's and thought it would just come back to me, but it's like I've never done it. So starting out as a new  guy.   Thanks again!!
  18. Then a 9mm FMJ 115 gr is pretty much the same, no matter the brand?   Thanks, that helps alot.
  19. Thanks again. They only have one load:   No 7 115 SIE FMJ 6.7 1,049 7.8 1,171 34,821 1.100   I saw that on earlier before I asked. but I can not find any Sierra 115 FMJ and was hoping to find a few more choices in brand bullets.   Back to the drawing board.
  20. Thanks. I have Reloader's Guide by Alliant Power and Modern Reloading Guide 2nd edition and a couple of older reload manuals.. Tried Google, guess I did not type in the right question.   But thanks for the reply
  21. Thanks I did and he is out at this time.   Having hard time buying any reload stuff as I'm sure everyone else is also.
  22. I purchased a pound of Accurate #7 last week and in trying to find bullets, I ran into a little confusion.   I can not find load data for 9 mm FMJ 115 or 124 gr bullets with Acc #7   Is this the wrong power for 9 mm or just me not understanding? I was lucky to get it as the dealer had almost no selection.   Thanks
  23. I've got a new Lee pro 1000 a few months ago, and it's still in the box unopened.  Finally I got 3 hundred Remington and 2 hundred CCI small pistol primers, and 1 pound of Accurate No. 7 yesterday. I still need some 115 gr FMJ bullets to get started.   My question is does anyone know where I can get them?   Thanks in advance,   Earl
