That's what I've heard. Glad to hear it, I've got one of their rock chucker kits, hope to never need em, but glad to hear they are good to deal with.
I've had a good experience with Lee as well. Don't ask how, but I managed to strip out the threads on my 9mm decapping die. Called them up, told them it was my fault - they said just send it in and they'd fix or replace it. Had it back a few days later, couldn't tell if it was new or fixed but I was a happy customer.

That's awesome.
Now I have a task everytime I go to wally world now, lol.

I like it. I think it has some merit, and could possibly allieviate some of the problem.
Would it instantly solve the problem? No. Is there any real chance of the ammo co's doing it? Not really.

Sweet! I can just come out sunday.
I have to go out of town for work friday and saturday, so I thought I'd miss IDPA or whatever on saturday.
This is good, I'm getting about desperate to get out to a range again.
So they'll replace springs? Lol, man I just ordered a new recoil spring for my G19.

Ya, I think the 22 cazyness is still going strong mostly because so many people are still buying/hoarding it. I've also read that its pretty low on the list of calibers for manufactures to produce because the profit margin is so low.
I know I've walked away from shooting 22lr for now. Which sucks because it is so fun, but half the fun was also tied to it being so cheap to shoot, not anymore! I can't bring myself to shoot any when I think about how I used go shoot a 500 rnd box for fun over a few hours for around $20.
I've bought a little here and there over the last few months (like real little, like maybe 1-2k rnds), but it was all from the store at resonable prices and I was buying other calibers anyway.
I hope it comes back to the old normal, and sooner than later, but I've mostly put it out of my mind and just go shoot my centerfire cartridges.

Just got myself a LCR a few weeks ago. Was torn between the LCR or the 442 for a few weeks. Really came down to the smoother trigger of the LCR (really only did a dry fire comparison at a store, not a real great comparison) - and most important to me was the ability to put a real, visible front sight on the LCR (the XS big dot). I have crappy vision and the j frame front post wasn't gonna cut it. Although I haven't been able to find one is stock yet to put on my LCR.
I've only been able to get it to the range once so far and run a box of umc 38 spcl through it. It was pleasant and fairly easy to shoot for a 2" barrel snub nose. Looking forward to my holster showing up and trying it out in my pocket for a BUG or really hot days when I wanna strip off the shirt.
Cosmetics for a carry gun are noexistent to me, hence I carry a glock daily :shhh: .

Hey Randy, should be signing up for this one soon - just got to get settled in from this move and make sure my income is stable before I drop the coin for this. Looking forward to getting back out there and learning some new stuff.

New to the nashville area and the forum here, but thinking of getting out to one of these soon - might just head out to this one.
How many people usually show up and how long does it usually run? I was shooting in chattanooga IDPA a few times but the numbers started to push 80+ and the event took 4-5 hours, usually was just too much standing + waiting time for me. I did notice it looks like you guys run it twice a month, so maybe that spreads out the people a little bit.
Either way, if I don't get out to this one - I'll get to the next one. Just don't wanna dissapear for over half a day and have to face my better half this soon after our move. Need to find somewhere out here to shoot anyways.,

Another new member here. Heard good things about this forum from others, figure it was about time to join. Looking forward to mingling with other TN gun folks. Been just about obsessed with shooting since I got into guns about 3 years ago. Mostly enjoy shooting handguns, but if you can load it and it goes bang I probably like it.
Have had my carry permit a little over 2 yrs and carry everyday. Taken a course here and there and shot some IDPA as well.
I just moved from Chattanooga to Nashville (Belle meade area) and looking to find some new venues and places to shoot. I will be getting out to the music city IDPA matches soon, and really looking for a place to train and shoot some real drills and practice - I've just about gotten past the square ranges anymore. Thought this would be a place to find some places and people to do just that.
