  1.  I had a co-worker that purchased a used Bersa 380 from a gun store.  For some reason, he wound up giving it to his sister which either lost it or had it stolen. It turned up at a crime scene somewhere in Alabama almost a year later and guess who the Feds came to see. (The last person who bought it legally)  Registration or not, they seem to be able to backtrack it.

  2.  It sounds like your clutch plate might have uneven wear. If it has adjusting bolts, you might try tightening them in 1/8- 1/4 turn. (Too tight, and it might not disengage).

I don't have a JD but I had a similar problem with my Kobota.

  3. I have one of those... it can't work thru a whole mag without a problem and that's without the "special" treatment.   A shame, its a tiny little thing, kinda cool looking, but totally worthless.  More parts than fullsized guns ... probably part of the problem.

You're obviously using the wrong lube.

  4. I you can find them, left handed drill bits work great. Most times the bit itself will back it out but if not, you still have the hole for the ez-out.

The only places I've ever found them at were small, independent hardware stores and online.

I just checked online and supposedly, Northern Tools have them.
