  Walt,   We haven't ran a steel challenge match since March or April if memory serves me correctly.  We will start the Steel Challenge matches back up starting next month.  It will be held in the afternoon right after the IDPA matches going forward.  Where are you seeing the SC on the 23rd? 

Glad I left out stage 3 so no one went kneeling or prone. Stages were aggressive in round count. Have to rethink things on the fly on match day.

After the 2nd stage, I and a lot of other were losing steam. That was a boat load of rounds fired last night. You looked tired and at one point thought you fell asleep in the chair.

Good luck and shoot straight in AZ. Jeff Brown helps put on a great match there. I have never been but never heard bad things.

MC Cup was cancelled by Rick and John(IDPA club contacts) recommendations early this month. Official letter to HQ was sent on August 6th. Sorry for any inconveniences this may cause. We tried to give plenty of time for those that registered to make other plans. Based on the letter sent out by Green River, they have a 1st year MD and did not want to overwhelm him with a sanctioned event also. SteamPlant Shootout at Gallatin Gun Club was supposed to be the 2nd weekend in August but Robert's work schedule prohibited it from happening this year.

Music City Tactical Shooters will be hosting our 2nd monthly USPSA match this Saturday and Sunday on 08/22 and 8/23 at our Dickson, TN shooting facility. Setup begins at 7am, shooters meeting at 8:45, rounds downrange at 9:00am. We will have 6 challenging stages. We offer a safe, fun atmosphere and welcome new shooters. Come out and bring your friends. Our monthly matches are a great opportunity to hone your skills, improve your shooting accuracy and weapon handling. You don't have the correct gear to compete? Let me know so I can attempt to make arrangements for you. Stages are posted on our website.

MCTS Indoors will be hosting our weekly Run n Gun match this Tuesday on 08//18/15 at Nashville Armory, the premier indoor shooting facility. Setup begins at 5pm, shooters meeting at 5:45, rounds downrange at 6:00pm. We will have 5-6 challenging stages (or 9pm) depending on turnout. Expect approx 100-125 rounds minimum. We offer a safe, fun atmosphere and welcome new shooters. Come out and bring your friends. Our weekly matches are a great opportunity to hone your skills, improve your shooting accuracy and weapon handling. Stages will be posted to MCTS website. Hope to see you there!

My original partner left due to an emergency call. I was ready for the challenge and butt whipping I was planning on receiving. My legs are sore from that last night and running to the gym, working out and then running back home. Icy Hot is my friend right now.

Hope everyone had fun. 25 shooters for the person vs person random brackets and then the team vs team random brackets. King Drummond had to change the 2nd team vs team brackets....why, I don't know.  Congrats to all the winners.

The new tournament bracket app is awesome. Playing around with it and best money I spent. Random drawing, winner and losers brackets. Looking forward to the match tomorrow evening.

Everything is ready for Tuesday night. Looking forward to the team vs team part. Need others to carry my weight on the relay.
