  1. If you do decide to "pull" the stump...(waiting for strickj to jump in here)...you might want to make sure your water lines, electric lines, or sewer lines, aren't in the root area before you start.

If it were me, I would flush cut the stump and get some stump remover stuff from Vermeer.

  2. One big unanswered question that has already been posted. Were you on Workmans Comp? This could possibly be a determining factor. I know we can't fire you under that type of condition. Also, are you in some type of protected class?

Tennessee is a work at will state BUT certain classess receive additional protection. It's not always as simple as the law, judges have to rule according to the law....which doesn't always happen.

  3. If you were in North Alabama. i suspect all of the guys had already armed themselves and stocked up down there. I'ts a great place to be and a great bunch of folks to know.

    LEROY

Yep...I was in Florence. If I had to run and hide somewhere that would be a good place to start!!

  4. I wonder if this is a Tennessee thing. I was in Alabama (again) this last weekend and the ammo shelves at Dicks were stocked. Remington .223 for 9.xx a box. They had .45, 9mm, .22, the only thing I didn't find was .380.
