Back on topic:
I read an article in one of the gun rags about this same issue/rumor, and just like one of the posts above this, it would take forever (and be almost impossible) to "dis-arm" every handgun owner in America. If something does get banned, it'll be the AR's, and the Gov't won't come and get them, they'll just be banned.

I believe I should be able to carry my gun anywhere. Including when going out to eat which may or may not include a few drinks with my meal.
I don't go out simply to drink. If I did, I would probably leave my gun at home along with my car keys.

There's not a day that passes I don't get some crap email about what obama and company are going to take from me.
So my take on this is.. We voted them in.. We can vote them out. And if ya didn't vote.. YOU are part of the problem.
Nobody who has "OUR" best interest at heart ever runs for office anywhere. Why is that? It's becasue they all have their "OWN" interest at heart. not ours. Just the way it is and it's not going to change anytime soon.

I have been reloading for a while now. hardware and parts are still quite available accept for primers. I just paid double for mine but it's still cheaper then a few boxes of retial ammo. I do however keep 500 mf'd rounds of each cal I have but I haven't had to touch that in a while. I'm still workin the loads I made in december when it was too cold to shoot.

Anyone here use the freeware reloaders reference on sourceforge? I kinda like it and use it often. Tons of load data, manuals, and targets..

Nobody has them within 75 miles from me. I have been everywhere. So rather then waiting on midsouth backorder list.. and paying the hasmat. I got some off GB for about $25 above normal shipped cost. I can live with that. especially when I am out of some cal's and not willing to pay 3 times what I paid in december..

lol.. I think I saw them too.. while running around looking for primers. Which nobody had I might add. I had to resort to paying double on GB for a couple thousand. BTW, if anyone is hard up for .380 ammo. I have a few boxes. So if your in severe need... pm me.
I might go to the RK show next week. But if it's as bad as the last.. I'll take a LOA for a while until things calm down.
