Colion Noir just did a video on a similar bill in Florida: The problem is that drones are considered aircraft and are under the jurisdiction of the FAA, so if you shoot one down you could be facing Federal charges. Incidentally the "aircraft" thing is also why there is almost no drone manufacturing done in the US.

Made the move to Morristown in February, it has been a rocky two months but we’re finally getting comfortable. We lived in Keene, NH for ten years, and spent the last three 1/2 years in Canaan, a little bit east of Dartmouth/Hanover.

Hi. I'm a new member that just bought a house in Morristown, which my family will be moving in the new year. I'm from Ireland, married to an American for twenty six years, and it's only in the last two years that we've been into guns and the 2A. We've been members of a gun club in NH for the past two years and are looking forward to joining some clubs in the Morristown area once we move in.
