    I have a plate carrier made by Global Armour based in South Africa, 1 Engarde level 3 plate, and a soft body armour vest made US armor corp. the style is "spin" and mfg. in the late 90s. i would say it fits like a large. If youre looking for a new setup, this one is basically complete. minus the back plate. Id like $150 Any questions feel free to ask.
