Good reloading powders for handgun ammo I have been reloading now for about 4 months. I currently load .45 cal 230 grain FMJ and 9mm in 124 and 147 grain FMJ. I have been using HP-38 with both calibers and it seems to be working fine for me. Is this a good handgun powder to use or is there something better I should look at trying? I recently purchased a Glock 34 for IDPA competition. I also purchased a set of Truglo TFO sights for the gun. The front sight will hang over the opening that is on the slide. Has anyone put these sights on their Glock 34 and have you had any problems with the front sight hanging over the opening on the slide. Did Mr. Coleman have a Tennessee Handgun Carry Permit? I have not seen any indication if he did or didn't.

On Friday I received my new Dillon RL 550 and plan on reloading 9mm to start. Since I am new to reloading I would like some feedback from others who are reloading 9mm. I currently have Winchester 124gr FMJ .355 bullets, Winchester Primers, and Hodgdon HP-38 powder and I have cleaned about 1000 pieces of brass. I have been to Hodgdon's Reloading Data webpage and other sites for information on reloading 9mm, but would like any suggestions on grs. of powder used, proper c.o.l., or any information that may be helpful. Thank you.

Last week the Tennessee Legislature overrode Governor Phil Bredesen's veto of House Bill 962 which will allow HCP holders the right to carry their handguns in restaurants that serve alcohol, provided the permit holder is not consuming alcohol. I understand that this Bill goes into effect today June 14. Am I correct on this? Thank you.
