MCTS will be hosting a USPSA match at our range in Dickson on April 9th and 10th. Five stages around 130 rounds. 99-12 is the classifier. Stages out shortly. Here is stage one.

Everyone loves 06-03.    "Can You Count" it is.

We will be hosting an USPSA match the weekend of March 12th and 13th. I have not picked a classifier yet, but Hognut wants something really difficult. Here is a taste.

Saturday February 13th MCTS will be offering an "Intro to USPSA" class. The class is aimed to introduce the novice-intermediate shooter to some of the tips, tricks, and rules of USPSA and action pistol competition in general. We will be using the stages from the USPSA match for demonstration and explanation of the material. Cost will be $10 per person to attend the class. The class will begin directly after the USPSA match on Saturday, and will last approximately 2 hours. Bring about 100 extra rounds if you plan on participating in the class, as there will be optional shooting involved.

MCTS will be shooting USPSA this coming weekend, Feb. 13th and 14th. I will have 5 or 6 stages. Not sure of the classifier yet. The stages are about set I just have to clean them up a bit.

Got it mostly set up. Will need help setting targets and adjusting steel. Stage one has a nice change up.

Hey guys I was thinking of a "Plate Rack" challenge after the match.   We will start at 15 yds. and work our back. 6 shots 6 hits advance. We will back up 5 yards until there is a winner.   5$ to enter with a 50% pay off to the winner.

Stages are coming along. Sorry for not getting anything out.   Looks like 70° on Saturday. WOO-HOO! Global warming!! Can't beat that for December.

Music City Tactical Shooters will be holding our second weekend match on November 14th.   I won't be there.....so someone else will have a chance to win. :biglol:   Come out and get your shoot on.   Any help setting up Saturday will be greatly appreciated.

Four stages set. But don't worry. It is still almost 190 rounds. I want this to be a safe but super fun match. Everybody loads full mags if you want. Bring out the 30 round "clips". We will probably stick you in "Open", but you will still have a good time. Sent from my SPH-L720T using Tapatalk

Here is a taste.

Saturday the 31st we will hold a "Halloween Monster Match" at our range in Dickson.   Five big stages and a bunch of targets.   Outlaw rules with hit factor scoring. Everyone can shoot full mags.   I'm am thinking a round count of 200 or so. Lots of steel so bring extra.

Guessing around 125 rounds. I usually bring 130 to be safe :pleased:.            OK. More like 250 to be safe.

That was a super fun match! If I do say so myself. Great mix of run-n-gun, memory, "hoser" and just straight shooting.   We will do it again tomorrow morning. Come out and shoot.

I got very little done today between the rain drops. So if you can make it out early, please do.   Should be fun and I think the rain will hold off.

Today was awesome. Great mix of stages from A.H, and D.U. Thanks for the amazing help.   Squad 5 was great.   Next month will be a classifier match. New to USPSA shooters can walk with a classification. It is a great way to start and chart your improvement.    If anyone has a classifier they think will be a good one let me know.
