  2. Yes, its newby friendly, just get there a little early for a new shooters briefing. You dont have to be a member to shoot.   4. Middle Tennessee Shooters Club will be hosting its monthly 3gun match on Sunday June 7th. It will be 5 fun and challenging stages. Registration is from 11:00 to noon and we will get started shortly thereafter. Stage 1. 14 shotgun 20 pistol Stage 2. 26 rifle 22 pistol Stage 3. 15 pistol 13 rifle 12 shotgun 2 slugs Stage 4. 30 rifle 24 pistol 12 shotgun Stage 5. 20 rifle 13 shotgun 4 slugs 2 buckshot

  7. There will be plenty of folks shooting Sunday. The RO'S from Saturday will be shooting Sunday. I have what I think will be a very fun match planned for this weekend.
  8. Middle Tennessee Shooters Club will be hosting its monthly 3gun match on Sunday May 3rd. May 2nd is match #2 of the Tennessee 3 gun series and is for members of the series only. Sunday the 3rd is our regular monthly match is open to everyone. It will be the same stages as the day before as the overflow for the series and the RO's will be shooting that day. We will have 5 stages and the approximate round count is 75 rounds per gun but bring more as you will need it. No slings needed. No slugs this month. Rifle targets out to 220 yards.

  10. The monthly 3 gun match scheduled for April 5th has been cancelled because it falls on Easter Sunday. Sorry for any inconvenience. I hope everyone enjoys the holiday. We will see you all next month for event#2 of the Tennessee 3 gun series on May 2nd and our monthly club match on the 3rd.
  11. Bonus fifth Sunday outlaw pistol match at Middle TN Shooters Club, Manchester. 5 or 6 stages. Round count 150 or so. I've found leftover ammo stores well so don't be scared to bring extra. Setup help appreciated starting 9:30. Match starts at 12:30 central.
  12. Middle Tennessee Shooters Club in Manchester will be holding a steel match on Sunday March 15th. It will consist of 5 field courses of reactive steel targets with a total round count of 120. There will be pistol divisions for production, limited, and open. Shotgun divisions for standard and open and a pistol caliber carbine division. (No full autos.) Registration starts at 11:00 and ends at noon. $10 for MTSC members and $15 for non members. You may shoot multiple divisions but the entry fee is the same for each gun.
  13. Looks like a high of 52 degrees and only a 10% chance of rain for Sunday. Should be good weather for shooting. I'll be at the range at 9:00 A.M. on Saturday for setup if anyone can make it out to help.

Directions to the range can found at midtnshooters.com I have 5 fun stages planned. Stage 1. Pistol/shotgun 19 optional steel targets and 1 shotgun clay. Stage 2. 20 rifle and 23 pistol Stage 3. 9 rifle 9 pistol 9 shotgun Stage 4. 30 rifle Stage 5. 10 rifle 12 shotgun 1 slug 11 pistol
  16. Shotgun, eye and ear protection. No sling necessary. The round count is 100 birdshot and 8 slugs but that is the minimum with no misses. I would bring 125 bird and 15 slugs just to be safe. You can keep you shells in a bag but shell holders are definitely better. I have a few you can borrow. Just put yourself in squad one and I'll help you out.
