    I have heard a few different answers about this from instructors and attorneys. Does anyone know the best or "official" procedure? What do you LEOs out there recommend?

    I applied at DMV in Memphis on Friday, 1/28 (Took 2.5 hours but is any day better than another?) and fingerprinted at my range on Monday 1/31. I received HCP on Saturday 3/12, so just under 6 weeks. -

    OK these books are all nice.............but fiction. A must read is "The Zombie Survival Guide: Complete Protection from the Living Dead" by Max Brooks and published by Three Rivers Press, 2003. Everything from wepaons and techniques to survival on the run. Also has a history of "attacks" dating from 60,000 BC (not a typo) to 2002. Find it. Buy it. Read it. Live it.
