  1. I have never been asked any such questions at the VA.

Me either, and I've been lost in the VA system for a long, long time.

Bonus care, they cancelled my MRI again. 6th time but who's counting.

At least I can go to a clinic close to me now. Last year they rescheduled all my stuff to Nashville. Because I am an employee of the VA mtn home in Johnson city. They didn't want me going to a place for care, that I worked at. Yep, I don't and never have worked for the VA. Nice huh? Funny/sad they didn't believe me. I really could cuss right now but I won't.

All of this is actually an improvement over what it was like 10 years ago, let alone 25.

The Army pic above s bada$$ whether it's real or fake.
  2. The step drill bits are ok , they are $9 bucks for the three pack not now. Drill soft metal.
I've used and abused a red Chicago corded drill for 10 years. Sounds like a rod bearing is bad, makes hella noise but still does rust and polish duties well.

Do not buy any auto darkening welding helmet, they last one year.
Or their rasp bits for a hand drill. Suck it up and find a snapon or Mac truck.

I have carts and dollys all those have been fine, wheels etc.
  3. Well it's the media. Just proves college doesn't always make someone smart.

My head was spinning after reading the story. Took a few seconds to figure out what actually happened.

Then I watched the video, it is worse, "there was no gun in the chamber."

  4. Looks the same as BassPro's badge.

From the BP website:: "The Personal Security Products® Concealed Carry Badge and Wallet helps to quickly identify CCW permit holders at a scene in the first few critical moments after a confrontation. The law enforcement quality badge comes with a durable high luster finish and a strong clip attachment on the back. The badge attaches to inside of wallet that has a window for your CCW permit or ID. This wallet and concealed carry badge identifies user safely during intense moments where mistaken identity can be fatal"

Maybe it saved his life in this instance?

  5. I have a 13 Subaru Crosstrek. 30+ hwy, AWD. Best car I've bought so far. The interior makes sense, easy no nonsense controls etc. I don't ever worry about snow or ice in it.

Until ford fixes their 6 speed transmissions I won't buy another. Our 13 fusion was complete junk, the 12 I shouldn't have sold.
  6. I pay enough taxes, only for our gov to hand it out to whomever.

I am loyal to my local mom and pop stores, food or whatever. I don't shop at Walmart. If the price is competitive I will always spend local.

My local gun shop is competitive because they dont pay shipping. So tax is a wash for the most part.

I laugh at gun shows when vendors bitch and moan, "nobody brought money." When your prices are higher than the highest bass pro and your .22 is $60 a brick. I hope you go out of business.

"It's not fair" Last time I checked we live in a free market.

  7. Update,

I talked with comcast employee in knoxville and she doesnt know whats going on. Im on hold for 20 minutes, finally she transfers me to the 877 number below. Before transferring me she tells me I have 450gb data cap at 75mbps , not 600.

I call 1-877-807-6581 DATA USAGE comcast number. Guy from costa rica tells me ((( Tennessee )))residences only get 300gb @75mbps. Unless you have a business account and pay the extra money for unlimited.

Mr rica tells me Tuscon Arizona is the only market that has 300,450, etc etc. So if you are in Tennessee you have two options according to Mr Rica, 300 or unlimited.

Mr Rica stated he would submit a ticket to fix what it says on my account page I first saw it on.
