  2. Is sorry he ever bought that DVD rewinder.
  3. Made his first fortune re-selling scratched off lottery cards to lazy West Virginians.
  4. Joined the Army to be all he could be; recently lost his job at the shoeshine stand.
  5. I can't imagine Colt letting them go out the door like that.  Maybe sometime after the Peacemaker quit production the New Frontier Buntline mag cylinders got into the mix as replacements.  But every company can have a brain hiccup....Good fix, graycrait!
  6. Told his wife that Kentucky Jelly tastes horrible on toast.
  7.   How about turning the soap box over to these past presidents for a quote: "When the people fear their government there is tyranny; when the government fears the people, there is liberty. The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government." – Thomas Jefferson “The Constitution preserves the advantage of being armed, which Americans possess over the people of almost every other nation where the governments are afraid to trust the people with arms.” – James Madison “Firearms are second only to the Constitution in importance; they are the peoples’ liberty’s teeth.” – George Washington Now, who are you going to believe?
  8. One of the few people Jerry Springer refuses to book on his show.
  9. Goes from gun store to gun store wanting to buy a clip.
  10. Has believed every Democrat campaign promise for the last 20 years.
  11. Reads the warnings in the instruction manual before using the gun.
  12. Wears a Gator tee under his Vols sweatshirt.
  13. I thought he was supposed to lie about me. :ugh:
  14. Owns a brothel for dogs.
  15.   Look for an official state magazine registrar who will inscribe a serialized number on each of them and read you the riot act of what happens if you lose just one.  $100 please.
  16.   I appreciate that the Lee 1000 fills the bill for a lot of reloaders.  I inherited mine from someone who upgraded.  A few parts were missing and some that weren't didn't work properly.  So I did a culture shift--I ditched everything "Otto" and went "Manuel" instead.  I bought a Lee Perfect Powder Measure and an RCBS hand priming tool.  I don't even use that third hole on the turret.  I'm not cranking out 300 rounds per hour, but I'm making enough for my needs.  :D
  17.   Probably back at the Marine officer's shooting club where they hastily loaned it out.
  18. Let's hope the courts will reverse this legislation before the Connecticut gun owners do, if you know what I mean.
  19. After meeting with a representative of the Blount County Veterans Services, the mall gave a back of the hand "sorry if it happened" type of apology.    http://www.knoxnews.com/news/2013/apr/01/foothills-mall-denies-booting-maryville-veteran/   Well, here's my apology..."Dear Foothills Mall:  You may or may not be sincere about your apology to Master Sgt. Trost.  So therefore, I'm sorry-- no business from me."
  20. Find out what the best dressed president was wearing, or could have worn, plus interesting pro-2A quotes.  Don't bother looking for Obama.   http://seanlinnane.blogspot.com/2013/03/presidents-guns.html
  21. Registration of magazines holding 10 or more rounds.....must have to have a certificate to buy ammunition....universal background checks....bans "assault weapons" to100 new types of firearms.....   http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/04/01/connecticut-gun-laws_n_2994932.html?ncid=webmail1
  22. Graham talked a good fight when he was interviewing the wise Latina for the Supreme Court spot.  In the end, he voted Si, Si.
  23. You don't need a lot of beef on the bones if you're shooting .22 shorts, longs and LR.  Heck, they got polymer .45s now.  When I took my "new" Scout for the range test, the first three shots went almost into the same hole.  The next three were close by.  I was using vintage '65 Federal Hi-Power rounds, figuring they'd be pretty compatible.  I watched the marriage consumate before my very eyes.  I took me over an hour to shoot 50.  When you're having that much fun, you take your sweet time.  :pleased:
  24. It's anodized aluminum--not Zamak.  I don't know if that stuff was around back then.
  25. If I don't see another miracle all year, this one will carry me through.  Thank God you and the wife are still with us.
