9mm in Cool Springs

For what it's worth, Academy in Cool Springs has Monarch 9mm on the shelf for $10.49 (box of 50).

Just throwing it out there for anyone who might want/need some.

Side note, told today that they're going to start carrying Walther and HK.

If nothing else, a bit more eye candy to peruse when killing some time. And maybe save some cost over Franklin Gun Shop if one buys in that area of those two mfr.s products.

Does Monarch use steel instead of brass for the case?

The older green boxes stated made in Serbia, though they have new packaging color / printing. The Monarch blue boxed rifle ammo is, as far as I know, steel cased FMJ by Barnaul. But, the 9mm, .40, and .45 pistol ammo is brass.

And Academy has yet to limit me, unlike those b*st*rds at WMart.
