risks must be taken to get the shot! You may find it quite difficult to track down the owners to get permission to enter an abandoned house. It is scary sometimes... you definitely don't want to break in... sometimes there are doors missing and you can walk right in. The big fear is that there will be a group of meth-heads cooking in there... they would shoot!

Dont know if youve ever heard of Tusculum College in Greeneville but I live about 2 miles behind the college. There is an old house out by me that you can only see in the winter. Its small but its definetly old. No way Id go back to it in the summertime. Also If your into old graveyards I have a family graveyard about 15 miles from me up in the mountains that youd be welcome to take pictures. A bunch of wanna be devil worshipers broke the tombstones about 10 years ago but we placed them back as good as we could. Of course I havent been out there in 8 or 9 years so they may have destroyed them by now. There were a few from the late 1700,s. The tales passed to me were my 3 or 4th greatgrandfather owned that whole mountain range and ran a huge sawmill up there. Its off HWY 70 south heading toward Ashville NC. If your up this way Id be glad to meet you and take you up there. Jack
