Cheap lightweight complex meal

Recommended Posts

here is a good meal thats packed with calories to give you energy for a while. i saw this and tried it out and its actually quite good.

take some reduced sodium ramen noodle of your choice (i had chicken flavor at the time) and add a few strips of beef jerky (i used original flavor) and cook together. it adds texture and another flavor and makes it more enjoyable.

Jerky cooks up well in your camp cup with Stove Top stuffing, too. I buy the "pounder" bags of jerky at Sam's.
