Going camping in a few weeks and was wondering if it's legal to carry in my campsite. I don't have hcp but do have hunting-fishing permit and will be fishing some... State park campground btw.

I believe all state parks are posted with prohibitions to having firearms. Having a valid HCP is the only exception.

I suppose if it was hunting season you could possess a hunting weapon but I am sure it would not be allowed to be loaded or carried in the campground.

So I would reason that it is illegal for you to carry there.

What Mike said. No HCP, no carry, "unless" it is a legal hunting weapon "during"

hunting season. Without a permit, no loaded guns in the campground, even if legal

for hunting.
